BeaverTUF has applied to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition of exemption under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. If recognition is granted, it is expected to be effective as of June 25, 2026, and contributions made on or after that date will be deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor.
Currently, BeaverTUF is focused on funding recovery needs that fall outside traditional sources such as insurance, FEMA, and other government assistance programs. Donations do not fund rebuilding the resort.
